Home Renovation

Our townhouse, built in 1979, is approximately 2100 sqft (with each floor being roughly 700 sqft). Our plan is to renovate the whole main level which will include the following:

• Replace flooring throughout the level- LVP throughout, replace the carpet on the stairs heading up

• Open up the kitchen into the dining room (remove a non-loadbearing wall) and widen the main entry into the kitchen

• Replace kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash

• Install cabinets in dining room to act as a bar

• Build and install custom woodwork in kitchen and bar

• Replace powder room vanity, mirror, and lighting
