Probably Quartz.
A light, low-contrast white & grey texture. Something I can see breadcrumbs on, basically.
We've found some that we like the samples of in the store- look through the album to get a feel for what we're going for.

Open to a variety of materials (porcelain, ceramic, etc.), but looking for a coordinating color and pattern to the countertop.
Some of the options we've been most drawn to are 3" x 12", or a similar scale and proportion.

Undermount apron-front sink, ~27" wide, probably stainless steel. Bonus points if the drain is towards the back of the sink.
